Holy Family
Be an angel, shepherd, wise man, or Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus (we use babies up to 2 years old when weather permits) Families with children are welcome.

children's activities
Help a child make a candle, a toy or a pinch pot. These activity helpers are in costume and play the role of a shop keeper.

Turkey leg booth
Cook turkey legs and serve food in the food booth.

Living photo booth
Be an angel, beggar or shepherd to pose with guests to take a photo.

Hospitality Team
Assist with volunteer check-in and hospitality or help volunteers get into their costumes

Bethlehem Residents
Be an angel on the wall, a greeter at the entrance, a Roman soldier, or a resident to interact with the guests inside and outside of the town.

Offer words of encouragement and prayer to our guests

Set Up and Take Down Bethlehem
Help set up and take down sets and move items in and out of storage. Set up is Friday, December 13 and
JOin a Work Group.
Long before we open the gates to Bethlehem, there is much work to be done! Help is needed to make costumes, build and repair sets, set up and take down the town, raise money and promote the event, and serve on the Board of Directors. Contact us to learn more about how you can help.
